Hi there! I think our countries have very similar language systems.

It’s great that your English and Filipino are on par! My friends and I have noticed that it’s harder for us to remember technical terms in mandarin, otherwise we’re conversational and reading is no problem. We tend to mix both languages when we talk too! Like you said, it depends on the situation and who we’re talking to. :) I do have an easier time understanding different Chinese dialects. We’re definitely fortunate to be bilingual!
